Nothing not to love.

They gave me a quiet and absolutely perfect room with a mountain view, air conditioning plus Ac. The restaurant was amazing, good service, delicious food.

My room was actually very basic.

The location was excellant and perfect in the peaceful area. We dined at an excellent nearby restaurant with Thai dishes. The view of the lake from our spotless and huge room was wonderful! The room design was very modern and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

No reason to complain, the venue met the criteria, recommend it. The staff were very helpful, and we could use wake up service and ironing free of charge. The hotel was close to a local bus stop — you can go everywhere.

The basic amenities in the room were exactly what I needed, and the view of the mountains from the room was absolutely stunning. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, ensuring that there was something for everyone.

A lack of air conditioning made the room stuffy and sleeping with the doors open led to unwanted visitors.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the stunning view from my room, it was breathtaking! the staff was friendly and helpful in directing me to nearby attractions. the hot tub and indoor pool were great for soaking and relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Plus, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options that satisfied my taste buds.

The price of the spa visit after 4 pm, which I think was a bit high. the location was a bit far from the city center which made it difficult to explore the area without a car.
